Shipping around the world is exactly FREE, no extra handling fee on all items. All shipment are provide by HongKongPost which is reliable and speedy. Orders under $100 will be shipped by Air Mail (Registered Air Mail for orders over USD25), mostly it will take 7-20 business days for delivery. Orders those are over USD100 will be shipped by Speedpost, mostly it takes 2-3 business days for delivery to everywhere around the world.


You will receive an email confirmation at the time of your order and when your order is shipped. We will provide buyers a tracking number who ordered over USD30. There are no tracking number for those who order less than USD30, so please do not ask for it. Buyer can check the status of the package here. Shipping Schedule:

All orders are processed within three business days of receipt under normal circumstances unless it is an Advance Order, Specialty Item, or at holiday rush time. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by email or phone. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice by email or phone and be given the chance to remain on backorder or cancel your order.

 

Return Policy

 

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it by following the guidelines below.

All returns for credit or refund must be request within 10 business days of the shipped date.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 10 business days from the shipped date.

All products purchased at LED Shoppe may be returned for a refund or exchange, minus the cost of shipping.

Merchandise must be unopened and in its original box or package.

If the merchandise is opened but defective, the defective merchandise will be replaced by an identical item, upon the return of the defective item to our Customer Service Department.

In all cases, to help us identify from whom the return or exchange has come from, we request that you include an information sheet with the returned merchandise. On this information sheet, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and the reason for the return or exchange. LED Shoppe will not be able to complete the return without this information.

LED Shoppe is not responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping. Therefore, it is recommended that you return all items insured by Fed Ex, UPS, Priority Mail with delivery signature verification or Certified Mail. Credit or returns cannot be given if proof of delivery cannot be provided in cases of returned shipments that are lost.

LED Shoppe is not responsible for lost shipments without any proof of delivery.

Credit will be issued via your payment method upon return of the product and complying with our return conditions. However, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For any refund or credit, there will be a 7 - 14 business days of inspection and investigation time. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for any of your refund or credit request.

If the order you receive contains damaged items, you should report to us within 3 business days. You have the responsibility to help us complete the claim from the U.S. Postal Service. We do purchase insurance for all of our shipments; therefore we are not responsible for any physical damage made during the shipping.
